Constant names for these SF need to be changed, to better match their functionality.

SF Current Name Proposed Name
51 SF_CREATE_THREAD SF_THREAD_CONTROL
77 SF_FUTEX SF_POSIX
77.0 SSF_CREATE SSF_FUTEX_CREATE
77.1 SSF_DESTROY SSF_FUTEX_DESTROY
77.2 SSF_WAIT SSF_FUTEX_WAIT
77.3 SSF_WAKE SSF_FUTEX_WAKE

Proposed names are subject for discussion, of course.
