TASK PANEL v2.2

1) Support PrintScreen for SCRSHOOT.
2) Path to run applications from the INI file.
3) Algorithm anti-duplication of applications for run with hotkey.
4) Added color selection for the Alt+Tab.
5) Alt+Ctrl+ArrowLeft - Page list next, Alt+Ctrl+ArrowRight - Page list previous
