Ivan Baravy d9d603acd0 Fix skin.inc files, make them all the same.
Rename all the me_skin.inc and my_skin.inc to skin.inc.
Read BMP header size from file, don't hardcode.
Make all the skins use the same skin.inc.
Speed up compilation of skins.
