Basically, characters 00B0-00DF and 00F8-00FF are missing and replaced with simple underscore (_).
Would be nice to fix it and draw proper characters in system charset file.
Especially, character 00FC (№).

PIC 1 - CP866 from Wikipedia.
PIC 2 - CP866 8x16 from KOS, many characters are missing.
PIC 3 - CP866 6x9 from KOS, most characters are in place.
