Ghost Monitor is a pretty useful program, but it's appearance definitely can be improved.
I propose the following changes:

Use system colors for window
- Plot colors are especially hard to read on this background
Pick more smooth colors for elements
- Current colors are too vibrant. On skins backgrounds, we can make them more calm and still be readable
Use bigger font, system 8x16
- For this font, optimal line height in table is 20-24 pixels
- Optimal button height is also 24 pixels
Properly set paddings everywhere
- Optimal padding from window borders is 8 or 16 pixels
Reshuffle parameters at top, so both columns have +- same height
Shorted "About" text, so all tabs have +- same size

Please don't create general enhancements except you will do it.
Any app could be enhanced.

From my point only very useful enhancements that could be done in less than one day may be created.
