[Boot] Floppy read speed very slow? #234

I am a hop on hop off user of KolibriOS for years and i want to thank everyone who is involved into this project and put tremendous hours of work into this!

I recently came back to KolibriOS and noticed that booting from floppy is very very slow. I first noticed it on my old Libretto 50CT and now i observe the same behaviour within VMware Workstation Pro 17.6. Booting KolibriOS when bootet via the floppy image takes more than 6 Minutes. CD (VMware) or Win98 HDD (Libretto) is obviously fine.

Is there anything that has changed? I remember booting KolibriOS from real floppy "back in the days" in a few seconds.
