Add FASM macros from programs/ to IMG and ISO #259

IMG and ISO lack of musthave macros for fasm development such as KOSfuncs.inc, debug-fdo.inc, proc32.inc, etc.

I suggest adding them at least to the ISO image. Look: iso is not constrainted by size and has many many stuff like games demos etc but does not have all neccessary macros for fasm development.

When it comes to IMG, ok, it has limited free space but i suggest adding them to img in some ZIP archive
