Add new debug board - dbgboard based on console.obj

Rewrite NASM programs to FASM

Test by hand is easier than write byte-to-byte, so the request is not valid.

System image save system seems to be broken

This is user/UX issue. Check third image - currently user is truing to save image to "/kolibri.img"

Never the less this app has a bad UI as there must be two distinguish options:

[Lib/iconv.obj] Ukrainian letter «i» can't be displayed

Maybe it is better to edit UniFont.mt and add Ґ, ґ letters as we did in old font?
