Artem Jerdev (art_zh) 24fbc88418 further AMD-kernel tuning:
1)faster syscall bridge for future APIs; 
2)HyperTransport module added (quite raw yet);
4)unrestricted i/o port access;
3)some MeOS rudiments removed.
