2e3c29de7d Eolite: 
- do not autorefresh folder on FD and CD disks
- if /kolibrios is mounted than set a var and do not reread it further
- increase refresh disk and folder timeout to 1.5 seconds

- user can edit current path now
- fixed: now folders can be renamed and even "open with" from menu
- fixed: now popin is shown only on the active panel in kfm2
- fixed: popin doesn't close on error while renaming or creating file/folder
