Max Logaev 505f741fbd CI/CD: Used kolibri-toolchain and fuse. Added es_ES build

- Used  tup with fuse to speed up build;
- Used kolibri-toolchain to speed up the build, that is,
  do not waste time installing dependencies;
- Added build of the Spanish version (es_ES).
