При попытке открыть документацию на системные функции через редакторы текста(tinypad and cedit) открывается другой документ(описание на отдельное api сетевого стека) вместо документа с описанием системных функций.

I checked the latest ru_RU nightbuild. I run docpack, click on the SysFuncr button and get the document with syscalls description. How to reproduce the issue?

My fault.

The reason is that I changed documents order in DocPack. For example moved Credits down.

But there are links in menu of CEdit and Tinypad to Sysfucs. I will fix that.
