Adds the remaining console.obj functions from issue #1.

Matched signatures to the KolibriOS wiki docs. Kept return values
where the C API returns them (set_flags, set_cursor_height).
con_gets returns Option<&[u8]> since it can return NULL when the
console window is closed.
