 		28f0e4d51e kernel: fix minor typos (#485) 
- Fix some English, German & Russian typos and improve text for fluency.
- Use accented characters `ä` and `ü` in German boot screen text.
- Note: Line endings standardised from `CRLF` > `LF` and trailing whitespace removed automatically due to `.editorconfig`; best to view diffs with whitespace changes at EOL hidden.

  - Add missing constants
  - Rename some constants to match their names in docs

Rustem Gimadutdinov (rgimad) 3d99a055b8 [KERNEL] Add sysfn 39.3 - copy rect of background image to buffer. 
Previously was only 39.2 that reads one pixel from background image.
(39.2 is shomehow useless due to big context switching overhead if you trying to read some area of pixels using 39.2)
